The Customer Management module allows full customer control in terms of user profile, activation/deactivation, AutoShip, notes, etc. With the Customer Management module you can personally assign and maintain AutoShip orders for customers so that distributors do not have to worry about weekly or monthly updates of the customer's status. By the same token, distributors can also perform these management duties dependent on the rights the company/application owner has assigned to them.
